All participants who need to cancel their class or workshop registration in advance may receive either full Karuna Credit or a refund of the full amount minus a 6% charge. This is to cover the fee that we receive from the credit card companies. 

Any workshops cancelled by Karuna will allow for a full refund.

All participants who need to cancel a shiatsu session in advance may receive either full Karuna Credit or a refund of the full amount minus a 6% charge if cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment. This is to cover the fee that we receive from the credit card companies. 

Any events cancelled by Karuna will allow for a full refund/full credit.
