About Karuna
Our Mission.
The mission of Karuna Center for Yoga & Healing Arts is to create community and promote healing through yoga and the healing arts. We are available to people of all abilities, ethnicities, and genders.
Our Space
Karuna is located on the third floor of 25 Main St. in beautiful downtown Northampton, Massachusetts. Originally designed by the Freemasons employing sacred geometry, our 1900 square foot studio has maple floors and a 30-foot domed ceiling.
Our studio is handicap accessible by way of an elevator. Please note that there is no water fountain in the building, so bring water with you if you would like it. We have props and mats available for use during class; you are also welcome to bring your own.
Please note: Very occasionally Karuna may hold classes at the Upstairs Studio, which is only accessible via staircase. If you have a question whether your class will be held at the Upstairs Studio, please contact us at info@karunayoga.com or by phone at (413) 584-5054.
