Yoga Nidra Workshop

Eileen Muir, Director of Karuna YogaNidra is a Sanskrit word which means wakeful sleep. It is an ancient and rarely practiced technique, which systematically induces complete mental, physical, and emotional relaxation. We lie on our backs and move our awareness to different parts of the body through guided imagery. Through this process the subtle energy channels are completely revitalized. The workshop will involve a yoga sequence followed by the guided meditation. All are welcome.
