Body Image and Yoga

Approach the difficulty of unhealthy body image through the philosophy and practice of yoga. In a circle of confidentiality, there will be yoga, journaling and inquiry, mantras and metta meditation. Understand the origins, awaken and re-sensitize yourself to the numbing effects of these patterns in a loving way. You will take away a practical application of these practices with tools for when you are triggered, tools for when you are “in it,” and tools for when the workshop is over.
