Meditation Group

Sundays 7-8:30pm

All are welcome. Donations accepted but not required.

Join us on Sunday evenings for meditation.  You may join in any part of or the entire schedule.  We begin with 30 minutes of meditation, followed by a short break, engage in focused discourse, and end with another 30 minutes of meditation.  This class is for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.

Owen Wormser has cultivated a daily meditation practice for two decades and has previously taught meditation in recovery centers.  As a practitioner, Owen emphasizes meditation as a tool for accessing stillness and self-awareness.
