It was at this time that Paul met his primary teacher, and then director, Eileen Muir.

Paul has a fervor for education. In 2011 he completed his Master’s degree in Adult Education and Training. He continues to study regularly with Iyengar teachers in New York City. Paul is a guest teaching artist at Smith College and at yoga studios across the Pioneer Valley.

Paul is a also a Shiatsu practitioner and instructor.

In 2018, Paul assumed the role of Director of Karuna Center for Yoga and Healing Arts. He will forever be honored by this designation and the pleasures of sharing his exploration in the practices of yoga.
